How to Order

Thank you for ordering with us, here's the information on how to order our products:

1. Select your favourite product(s)

Choose your desired category and click.  Browse for the product(s) you are interested in.  Click the product’s image to view more details.  


2.  Add to Cart

Put in your desired colour quantity. Do not forget to write "Cutomized Name & Font Design" for your customized orders. Please make sure your choice of item (s) is correct as we do not accept refund nor exhange, then click “Add to Cart”.


3.  View your Cart & Checkout

Are you sure you're done shopping? click on the Basket button on the top-right tab to view your cart.  You can proceed to review your order and once you are ready to place your order, you're ready to Check Out.

If you have a discount code, please fill in at the bottom right box “Discount Code” and click “Update”.

Please note that the availability of your orders is not guaranteed until you checkout and review our terms and conditions before you check out.


4.  Register Account / Sign In

If you have already registered with us previously, please Sign-in using your registered email address to proceed with the orders. 

If this is your first time shopping with us, click Register Account and simply fill in your details to register your account. You might get surprises!


5. Billing / Shipping Address

Continue your checkout by selecting your billing / shipping address or click “Add New Address” if you wish to ship it to different address.


6.  Select Payment & Shipping Method

Please select your payment method.  Hello Alice only accepts payment with Bank Transfer or Paypal for our international customers.

Please choose your preferable Shipping method.


7.  Check your list

Review the list of items you want to purchase, the shipping address, the payment method as well as shipping method.  Once you have reviewed your order, please read our Terms and Conditions and once you finish, continue by checking the box “I agree with the terms of service and I adhere to them unconditionally” and click “Proceed to Payment”.


8. Payment with Bank Transfer (Confirm Payment) 

If you choose to pay with Bank Transfer, you will then be provided with Order ID and Bank Account details to do your bank transfer.  Please make your payment to one of the Bank Account and kindly confirm your payment by logging in to your account and choose “Confirm Payment”.  Payment has to be confirmed within 24 hours or else it will be automatically cancelled.  Emails will also be sent to notify you about the progress of your order.   


 9.  Your order is on the way!

You have successfully purchased your items and a shipping notification will be sent out to your email once the items leave our warehouse.  Thank you for shopping with us.  For any custom order please contact our concierge at or for quicker response!
